Build strength with yoga and exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, and pilates to give an efficient workout. This class has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. You will learn to activate deep stabilizer muscles and create a flexible, strong body. It’s the perfect mix, with thera-bands, light weights and mat work is designed to deliver amazing results.
