This class is a whole body conditioning workout and can transform how you look and feel! Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, and pilates to give an efficient workout. Similar to Mat Pilates, this style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. You will learn to activate deep stabilizer muscles and create a flexible, strong body. It’s the perfect mix, with thera-bands, light weights and mat work is designed to deliver amazing results.
