Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There’s a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one class to the next.
We focus on breathing as we move from pose to pose. You will learn the foundations of yoga in this class. I’ll lead you through poses with a focus on alignment and plenty of options to add more challenge in a safe way.
Vinyasa Yoga meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00-10:00.
