Mindful Morning Flow

This vinyasa style class will help you move, breathe, and feel your best. The focus is on mindful, flowing movement from pose to pose. It is an approach to yoga in which you will learn how to choose the options that are best for you from day to day.

We focus on breathing as we move from pose to pose. You will learn the foundations of yoga in this class. I’ll lead you through poses with a focus on alignment and plenty of options to add more challenge in a safe way.


Mindful Morning Flow Yoga meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00-10:00.
