Pelvic Health Workshops

Yoga for Your Pelvic Health 
I’m excited to offer a new workshop all about the pelvis! 

After years of working with a variety of Yoga students and studying the relationship between pelvic health and Yoga I’ve created a unique one day workshop.  

The workshop includes:

Anatomy discussion – I’ll show you what the hip, core and pelvic floor look like from the inside out to help you understand your own anatomy.

2 yoga classes – Experience a Yoga class to strengthen this region of the body and feel the connections between the hips, core and pelvic floor. For the second class, I’ll guide you through a Gentle Yoga practice for releasing tension in this area. You’ll learn breathing and stretching techniques to help you relax.

Community – Enjoy connecting with others who share your interest in learning more about pelvic health. There will be time to ask questions, share your experiences, and enjoy a cup of tea. We’re all in this together.
